Senior placement guidance

Care Compass helps seniors and families assess needs and preferences, compare senior living options, arrange and accompany tours, discuss rates and care plans, coordinate move-in and related services, and follow up after placement. Recommendations are based on information available at the time and the priorities shared by the family.

Cost and community compensation

Care Compass placement guidance is free to seniors and families. Participating senior living communities compensate Care Compass when a family we assist chooses to move in. We aim to explain this relationship clearly so families can make informed decisions.

No guaranteed placement or outcome

Community availability, admission decisions, rates, fees, care plans, transportation, moving schedules, and services are controlled by independent third parties and may change. Care Compass does not guarantee placement, availability, response time, rate, discount, care plan, timing, or any particular outcome.

No medical, legal, or financial advice

Care Compass provides placement coordination and advocacy, not medical care. Coordination related to medical services, nutrition, or medication schedules does not make Care Compass a medical provider. Website content and communications are not medical, legal, or financial advice. Families should consult appropriately licensed professionals for advice in those areas.

Third-party communities and resources

Senior living communities, moving providers, transportation providers, benefits resources, and legal, financial, housing, or other professionals are independent from Care Compass. Each provider is responsible for its own services, statements, licensing, policies, fees, and outcomes. A connection or recommendation does not create a guarantee or professional-services relationship with Care Compass.

Website forms and communications consent

When you submit a website form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You consent to being contacted about your inquiry by the methods you select or provide. If you consent to text messages, message and data rates may apply and you may opt out by replying STOP. Please do not submit emergency requests or sensitive medical records through the website.
